To All Shareholders/Customers:
This notice is to inform you of a rate increase that will be taking place beginning the
March/April billing period, your invoice will be sent the first week of May 2025.
As a Not-For-Profit Mutual Water District and with the rising costs of electricity, salt, chlorine,
brine dump fees, water testing, etc. we are raising your bi-monthly rates to pass on these costs.
The new cost for 1,500 cubic feet of water (bi-monthly) will be an additional $16.00.

EXPLANATION OF CHARGES:
Cost of operation and 1,500 cubic feet of water $ 112.00
USDA assessment for two construction loans $ 73.00
Total bi-monthly minimum charges w/active meter $ 185.00
Total bi-monthly minimum charge w/out active meter $ 73.00
Charges for water use over 1,500 c.f.
1,501 c.f. – 1,800 c.f. $3.80 per 100 c.f.
1,801 c.f. + $5.00 per 100 c.f.
Additional fees and charges:
Late fees $15.00 (5th of the month)
If your meter is locked-off – $25.00 to restore service
If a meter is pulled – $1,800.00 to restore service
New service connection – $5,000.00
